Background

Levi’s client B had entered into a joint venture arrangement with a supplier named C. Together, B and C would operate a business, as a joint venture, in multiple locations in Australia and New Zealand.

B wanted an independent review of the transaction to assess whether it had received all of its entitlements under the joint venture agreement.

Conclusion
