Levi’s role
Levi was appointed liquidator after the labour hire business ceased to trade after the unexpected issue of an ATO statutory notice upon debtors and exit overseas of company directors.
Outcome
Levi managed all stakeholders, including the Australian Tax Office and a Receiver and Manager that had been appointed. This process brought the company under the control of an independent registered liquidator.
