Each case followed a partnership dispute, where Levi was appointed as Receiver or Trustee of properties or partnerships by the Court to realise assets and determine the distribution of funds.
Outcome
Levi negotiated with a range of family members, government departments and managed a range of real estate service suppliers to successfully sell the assets and realise value for the parties involved.
