David is a trusted advisor to accountants, lawyers, fund managers and others. He is highly experienced in providing financial and operational turnaround advice, exit strategies and crisis management expertise. Where required, he accepts appointment as voluntary administrator, deed administrator, scheme administrator, liquidator, receiver, small business reconstructing (SBR) practitioner, and Court appointment. His skills include financial due diligence, forensic accounting and litigation support for disputes and Court-appointed matters.

David has strong local knowledge, and an outcome-driven focus to both achieve and communicate results. He brings positivity, inclusion and integrity to negotiations and the experience of having held senior positions at KPMG and PKF (now BDO). He is a Registered Liquidator and holds numerous professional memberships.

Ian has over 40 years’ experience as a leading senior advisor to private clients, high net worth individuals, family office groups as well as privately owned businesses. As part of an extensive network, he currently advises a number of large family offices and HNW families.

Formerly a Senior Partner at Deloitte Private, Ian has deep technical experiencing in strategic advice relating to tax efficiency, compliance, estate and succession planning, family dynamics, wealth and asset protection.

Furthermore, Ian is adept at navigating and resolving disputes in a family context. Ian also advises a number of philanthropic and community organisations in the areas of education, childhood wellbeing, health, aged care, fundraising, board leadership, strategy and operations.
